Outside my window... sunny, I am sitting at the kitchen table.
I am thinking... that must make a low carb cheese cake with the three cream cheese packages I bought.
From the learning rooms...I can't think of anything right now. I'm sure there must be something.
I am thankful for...for another great day here in sunny Florida.
From the kitchen...got to make that low carb cheesecake.
I am wearing... pajama bottoms, t-shirt, and flip flops.
I am reading... The Eight by Catherine Neville. Excellent book
I am hoping... to go to the beach this week.
I am creating... nothing today.
I am hearing... the tick tick of the clock in the kitchen and the washing machine.
Around the house... I just put some towels in the washer. I was able to visit the Yankee Candle store I've heard so much about and purchased one, it's called Island Spa and it smells so good.
One of my favorite things... reading my book by the pool.
A few plans for the rest of the week... a trip to Disney with Marge! More time by the pool.
